1. 30-day money-back guarantee
We want you to be happy with Fluentprompts. If you're not satisfied with a paid purchase (Pro subscription or credit pack), you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.
2. How to request a refund
All payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. The fastest way to request a refund is through Paddle's buyer portal at paddle.net. Sign in with the email address you used at checkout and select the order you'd like refunded.
You can also open a support ticket and we'll coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
3. Subscriptions
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future billing - your Pro access remains until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. Refunds for the most recent renewal are available within the 30-day window above.
4. Credit packs
Credit packs are eligible for refund within 30 days of purchase. Where possible we'll process a full refund and reverse any unused credits associated with the order.
5. Processing time
Once approved, refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds typically appear within 5-10 business days.
